Internal Medicine Physicians
("Internists") typically act as personal physicians,
developing long-term relationships with patients.
Internists care for their patients for life - from teen
years through old age.
We have special training that
focuses on the prevention and treatment of adult and
adolescent conditions. We give patients regular physical
examinations, offer preventive care, diagnose and treat
most illnesses, and refer serious or unusual cases to an
appropriate specialist.
